Schools and Groups
Education at Drayton
To deliver an outstanding programme of education for all our visiting school groups and zoo guests, which promotes enjoyment, achievement and active learning.
About our Department
Drayton Manor is more than just a great day out. We are also a giant science experiment, a diverse business case study, a rollercoaster resource, and an exciting dinosaur discovery!
We are passionate about education and have been committed to offering exciting, interactive sessions for visiting school groups for almost 10 years. Our engaging lessons cover a wide range of topics from biology, conservation and physics, to ICT, business and ride design, all in accordance with the National Curriculum.
We strive to ensure our education is hands on, with interactive tasks and pupil-led discussions to promote active learning and enjoyment.
Education sessions are available all year round, even when the main theme park is closed. Please navigate the education pages to see what is available.
All of our workshops are now available for groups of home educated pupils. Please contact the education department for more details.

DMP understands how difficult it can be to organise a school trip and so to help a selection of our talks can be delivered as outreach to your school or venue. Please note we may not be able to offer this during education's peak time. For more details of what we offer and prices please contact our education department.
