Weather Update – Early Park Closure at 4pm Today

Due to today’s adverse weather conditions, we will be closing the park at 4pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

If you have a Christmas Experience booked (Enchanted Christmas Grotto, The Twinkle Express & Cinderella Pantomime) for a time after 4pm, please make your way to your experience before 4pm, where our team will be happy to arrange an alternative time slot for you. The Twinkle Express will run until 5pm.

The 4pm Cinderella Pantomime show will now take place at 4:20pm, to allow you time to enjoy the Christmas Miracle end of day show.

The Christmas Mircale on the Lake end of day show will now take place at 4pm.

Please note that Elftoria will not be operating today. If you have a ticket for Elftoria, we can arrange an alternative date for your visit. If you also have a park entry ticket with your Elftoria booking, you are still welcome to enjoy the park until closing at 4pm.

All guests visiting today will receive a free park entry ticket to come back again between 27th December – 4th January as part of our Rainy Day Guarantee.
