General
Drayton Manor Hotel is situated within the Drayton Manor Resort, near Tamworth, Staffordshire. As you approach via the main driveway, the hotel and guest parking are on the left-hand side.
Check-in begins at 3:30pm.
Check-out is at 10:15am.
Yes, late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. You can arrange it at check-in for £15 per hour, with the latest check-out time of 12pm.
Yes, we offer luggage storage at the hotel reception. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any items left in the storage area.
Yes, we have ample parking for our guests outside the hotel. If the main car park is full, additional parking is available opposite the hotel.
Parking is free for hotel guests who have booked directly through our website. Any bookings made through 3rd party websites (e.g. Booking.com & Expedia) will be charged the standard parking rate.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. You can obtain login details from the reception team upon arrival.

No, we don’t accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers for hotel bookings.

For hotel purposes, children are classified as ages 0-16. At least one guest per room must be 18 or older.
Rooms & Accommodation
Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
Yes, we offer specially designed accessible rooms, including one of our Thomas & Friends™ themed family rooms, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Yes, cots can be added at no extra charge when making your booking.
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a complimentary in-room safe for your convenience.
Yes, all our rooms feature a bath with an overhead shower, except for our accessible rooms, which have a wet room-style bathroom with a shower only.
Family Rooms: Accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 10 years old) sharing a double sofa bed. A cot can also be added, though this will reduce floor space.
Family Interconnecting Rooms: Consist of a standard family room connected to either a twin room (2 single beds) or a double room (2 double beds), subject to request and availability. These rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults, 5 children, and an infant's cot.
Park Tickets
Only the Stay & Play package includes park tickets. Bed & Breakfast does not include park tickets.
No, if you've booked a Bed & Breakfast package and need theme park tickets, you can purchase them online here.
Park tickets grant you entry to Drayton Manor theme park, this includeds the Zoo and Thomas Land.
You can use your tickets on the day of your overnight stay (day of check-in) and the day after (day of check-out). If you choose to collect your tickets on arrival at the Hotel we can store your luggage until you check in, your tickets will be available at reception. Alternatively they can be collected from reception as you check out to use on day of departure.
We cannot guarantee that your room will be available before the check-in time of 3:30pm, however if you arrive early, we have a secure luggage storage area in the hotel for your convenience.
Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for items left in the luggage storage area.

Yes, we advise booking breakfast as it can get quite busy at certain times. You can book your breakfast when you check-in or online here.

Yes, we can accommodate special dietary requirements. Please inform us of any dietary needs at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. For the best chance of meeting your needs, we recommend providing at least 48 hours' notice.
We do have a number of high chairs along with booster seats for our guests convenience. Please request one when booking.
