  • Tickets are non-refundable and transferable for a fee of £5 per ticket.
  • The details that you enter MUST match the registered address held with your card supplier.
  • We do not accept Laser cards online or at the Resort.

Park Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date selected at the time of booking (your tickets will not work on any other day).
  • Prices shown online are only valid for tickets purchased online, unless otherwise stated. Tickets purchased from the ticket office on the day will be charged at our on the gate price.
  • Children under the age of two go free (a ticket will be required for entry from any ticket booth).
  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 years or over. Please note, some rides & attractions may require a guest over the age of 14 to accompany any younger members of the party. 
  • Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided once payment has been confirmed.
  • Drayton Manor Resort operates a policy of no refunds.
  • We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. If you have added Rainy Day Guarantee to your booking for £2pp, you will be able to book a return ticket if there is 4mm of rainfall or more on your visit date. Return tickets must be booked at the Guest Services office on the day of the original visit.
  • No refund will be given for lost tickets.
  • Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. N.B Please note we do not accept American Express cards on our Ticket Booking Portal 
  • Please be advised that all promotions or discounts will hold their own individual terms & conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  • The management of Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason including the attraction reaching full capacity. 
  • Admission fee includes the use of all rides, attractions and the Zoo (except crazy golf, coin operated, entrance to the Castle of Dreams during our Magical Christmas or HB leisure games).
  • The Resort's management reserves the right to amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time.
  • The Resort's management reserves the right to amend or alter the rides and attractions offering at any period throughout the season, without prior notice, however notice will be given when and where possible.
  • The Resort may capture photography of rides and events that is used for marketing purposes. Where possible the resort will seek permission of any individuals, however if there are reasons why imagery should not be used please confirm with the Resort in writing the date of your visit.
  • If The Resort is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a preferred alternative date subject to availability.
  • Rides are subject to availability, please check the website before travelling on the day of your visit for any ride closures.

Data Protection

  • The information and data (personal data) which is provided by you in connection with the Drayton Manor Resort website will be held on the computers, manual records and will be used by the Resort.
  • The personal data shall be used for the following purposes:
    • 1. To update and develop Resort records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis
    • 2. To assist the Resort in the provision of services/products to you
    • 3. To enable the Resort to review, develop and improve the services/products offered to you
  • The Resort may inform you from time to time by email, telephone or mail about relevant news, information, services and products which they believe may be of interest to you.
  • You are entitled by law to receive a copy of information or data about you which is held by any of the companies. You are also entitled to request the rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up-to-date and held by the companies. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or if you wish to opt-out of any future processing of your information or data held by the companies, please email marketing@draytonmanor.co.uk to stating your full name and address and providing any other relevant information for Drayton Manor Resort.

  • 20x £20 family & friends vouchers only valid with renewals after 1st February 2024.
  • Friends & family vouchers can only be used alongside a valid Annual Pass.
  • Annual Pass renewal window opens 1 week before the expiry date and ends 30 days after expiry.
  • Annual Pass only valid for the photographed, named person on the pass. Passes cannot be transferred. 
  • All Passholders must pre-book their visit.
  • Platinum Passholders must pre-book their visit to West Midland Safari Park.
  • To validate your Annual Pass, it must be registered on the Tap App. In order to gain entry to the park, you must show your photo ID in the App, a screenshot will not be accepted. The e-ticket Annual Pass won't be accepted.
  • Annual Passholders are required to purchase Halloween & Christmas experiences seperately.
  • Please be aware that the pass becomes valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
  • Hotel discount - Limited number of rooms available each day at discounted rate on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Drayton Manor Resort have the right to cancel or amend Annual Passes at anytime.
  • Discounts codes supplied by our Customer Relations Department cannot be redeemed against annual passes unless otherwise specified.
  • Silver Pass restriction dates for 2024 can be found here. Gold & Platinum passes are valid every day the theme park is open - including our theme park events.
  • No passes are available on park buyout days or days that the park is closed (Passholders will be notified of any dates but please check the website for a full list of opening times and dates). The park will be closed to the public on specific dates. Please see the website for opening dates details.
  • Car parking is only valid for one car per Individual Platinum or Individual Gold pass. Please make sure a valid email address is registered to your account to be notified of all news and offers throughout the year.
  • Please note that all discounts, dates available to use the pass, offers and rates can be changed at any time, and rides are strictly subject to availability on days that the park is open.
  • Legacy friends and family tickets are not to be resold for monetry gain. If these vouchers have been sold they will be removed from use. Only applicable on paid Annual Passes. Excludes Under 2's  passes.
  • Under 3's can visit for free alongside a valid Platinum Annual Passholder. A ride wristband will need to be purchased seperately for under 3's at West Midland Safari Park.
  • Please take note of the age restrictions for your chosen experience. We reserve the right to terminate an experience should it become evident that the minimum age restriction has not been adhered to, on the grounds of health and safety. No refunds will be given in this instance.  There is no maximum age limit. 
  • Participants will need to be reasonably fit and fully mobile in order to participate.
  • The cost of the experience covers park entry for the participants only. Any spectators must purchase a separate park entry ticket.
  • Once booked, experiences are non-refundable. Experiences must be paid for upon booking. 

Health and Safety

  • Whilst every effort is made to accommodate everybody, we regret to inform you that some guests may be unable to take part. If you have any specific medical needs or allergies, or require 1 to 1 care or support, please let us know prior to or at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are immunocompromised, pregnant or have epilepsy, known allergies or mobility issues.
  • A safety briefing will be delivered before your experience begins. It is critical to the health and well-being of you, our staff, and our animals that all instructions are followed. We reserve the right to terminate any experiences where attendees do not follow the safety instructions. No refunds will be given in this instance.
  • Animal welfare is of the utmost importance to us. Should it become evident that animal welfare is being impacted by the experience, we reserve the right to terminate it. No refunds will be given in this instance.
  • We cannot always guarantee that our animals will want to take part in an experience, and they cannot be forced to do so.
  • All participants will be expected to wash their hand after the experience.
  • No open toed shoes will be allowed during any experience. Participants must wear closed toe footwear that is suitable to walk through 1 inch of disinfectant, as all encounters involve the use of foot dips for biosecurity purposes.
  • Food is not allowed to be consumed during the experience. You may keep a bottle of water in certain areas.
  • Participants should not eat any of the food that is being prepared for the zoo animals, including fruit and vegetables, as they are stored in the animal kitchens.
  • If you have a contagious illness, such as flu or coronavirus, we ask that you do not attend the experience. This is to reduce the risk of the illness being passed onto staff, and our animals, as many are particularly vulnerable to human viruses and diseases.
  • We ask that our participants do not rush any of the activities, as this could lead to mistakes and injury. Always ask for help if you cannot remember how to do an activity properly or are unable to complete it.
  • Do not try to touch or hold any of our animals.
  • Never enter an animal enclosure without permission, or any other non-public area of the zoo unless you are with the experience leader.
  • All zoo animals can carry diseases that can infect humans. However, good hygiene practices can prevent transmission, such as thoroughly washing both hands and arms before and after experiences and wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gloves, masks, and overalls. We ask that participants who have a medical condition that increases their risk of illness from an encounter inform us prior to booking and arrival.
  • The zoo will provide you with any essential PPE you will need for any given task. All protective gloves, masks and other equipment provided must be used and all instructions given by staff must be followed at all times.
  • In the case of an emergency, participants must listen to the instructions given by the keepers, or another Drayton Manor Resort staff member if they become separated from the group.
  • We recommend that individuals wishing to participate in experiences are vaccinated against tetanus.
  • By attending the experience, you agree that you will not hold Drayton Manor Resort responsible for any illness or injury you obtain by neglecting to follow our safe working practices, as directed by the keepers or staff members on the day, hygiene practices as outlined above, and our Terms and Conditions in general. Additionally, by attending you confirm that you understand the risks posed by attending the experience and are not at an increased risk to injury or illness. 

General

  • You will always be supervised by the zoo staff.
  • Phones may be kept on your person during the experience, but we ask that if you would like to take photographs, you ask your experience leader to do this for you. 
  • Drayton Manor Resort takes no responsibility for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen whilst on the premises.
  • We reserve the right to change the activities at the last minute due to animal welfare, weather, and other reasons.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the experience in the event of extreme circumstances but will always reschedule in this instance.
  • We are aware that lateness can occur due to traffic etc. If you are aware that you will be late for your experience, it is vital that you inform us by calling 01827 284737.
  • If you are unable to attend the experience for any reason, please telephone 01827 284737 in advance of the experience before 9:30am on the day and let us know. If we do not pick up, please leave a message with your details and the reason why. No refund will be given in this instance.
  • Our experiences may not be suitable for people that suffer with an allergy to fur, feathers, dust or animal bedding.
  • Any data that you supply us will not be supplied to third parties. It will be stored securely and will only be used by Drayton Manor Resort.
  • If any photographs or videos are taken, with your permission granted, they may be used for publicity and advertising.
  • We expect participants to behave sensibly and carefully, listening to any instructions given by the keeper and performing activities as directed. We take no responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs due to unavoidable accidents, or inappropriate behaviour including, but not limited to, not following instructions correctly. All participants must take responsibility for their own health & safety.
  • If you’re disrespectful or cause any disturbances to guests and staff, endanger yourselves and others, or disregard animal welfare, you will be asked to leave the park immediately. You will also be refused attendance on any further experiences. No refund will be given in this instance.
  • Other reasons that you may be refused attendance or not be permitted to attend your experience include but are not limited to: failure to wear the appropriate clothing; not receiving payment in advance of the experience; and not revealing on prior to booking a condition that affects your ability to participate safely in the experience.
  • Participants must only use equipment in the way it is intended and as instructed.
  • There is to be no consumption of alcohol or taking drugs while attending the experience. Smoking is only acceptable during the lunch hour and in one of our designated guest smoking areas. We reserve the right to cancel an experience if a participant is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refund will be given in this instance.
  • If one of our participants spots a potential hazard, such as a fire or broken equipment, they must inform staff immediately.

Entry to and use of Drayton Manor car park is subject to these car park terms of use. Please read these terms carefully and follow the recommended procedures.

Definitions:
Vehicle’ shall mean the vehicle and shall include any mechanical device or wheels or tracks, its equipment and accessories.

1. OUR LIABILITY

This is a private car park. Our staff have been instructed to remove anyone who is misbehaving; we cannot however guarantee your security nor that of your vehicle nor its contents. We will only accept liability in respect of any loss or theft or damage to your vehicle and/or liability for death or personal injury where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty or that of our servants and agents.

2. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

2.1 Should you or your vehicle suffer damage whilst in Drayton Manor Car Park or should you lose the vehicle or any of your possessions from the vehicle whilst it is in Drayton Manor Car Park, you should: immediately to inform a member of our staff; in the case of theft, report it to the Police noting the crime reference number; and promptly notify your insurer.

2.2 If you believe that you have a claim against Drayton Manor under Clause 1, we request that you provide us with written notice within 48 hours with full details of the occurrence at: Drayton Manor Resort, Drayton Manor Drive, Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 3TW

2.3 Before submitting any complaint, please refer Clause 1 to ensure that your claim falls within our area of responsibility.

2.4 Failure to comply with the above procedure may prejudice your position.

3. SECURE YOUR VEHICLE AND POSSESSIONS

Unless requested by us or one of our employees or agents not to do so, or you have a good reason not to do so, please ensure that before you leave your vehicle: it is securely locked; all windows are securely closed; any steering lock, alarm or similar security device is engaged. Wherever possible, please ensure that you take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle. If you need to leave possessions in your vehicle, make sure they are out of sight. Please note that your motor insurance policy may not cover possessions in vehicles. It may be possible for you to arrange separate insurance cover for possessions and we recommend that you do so.

4. DAMAGE TO OTHER VEHICLES

Should you damage another vehicle, you are requested to report the matter immediately to a member of our staff and give them the registration number of your vehicle and the damaged vehicle.

5. SAFETY IN THE CAR PARK

5.1 Car parks are to be used only for lawful purposes.

5.2 Car parks can be dangerous:

  • please drive carefully and obey the directional signs and speed limits;
  • after you have parked, please proceed to the nearest Theme Park Entrance;
  • do not wander about in the Car Park;
  • keep a careful eye on anyone in your care;
  • do not permit children to play in the Car Park.

5.3 Dogs can die in hot cars. Never leave your dog alone in a car on a warm day. If you see a dog in distress in a hot car, contact our staff immediately.

6. TICKETS

6.1 The ticket issued to you is for use only for the vehicle in respect of which it is issued. A ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not entitle you (unless otherwise specified by us) to any particular space in the Car Park or to priority over other customers. Payment for a ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not guarantee you a parking space. All season tickets remain our property and it must be returned to us on expiration.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse to release your vehicle from the Drayton Manor Car Park if you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket until we have made such enquiries as we may consider reasonable. Failure to produce a valid paid ticket, pre-booking or season ticket may therefore delay your departure.

6.3 If you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket you will be charged at the daily parking rate for a Lost Ticket for the number of days you have parked.

7. AGENCY

Every person who enters into a contract with Drayton Manor for the parking of a vehicle at the Car Park, whether by taking a ticket or otherwise, does so on behalf of themselves and all other persons having proprietary, possessory or other financial or material interest in the vehicle and/or its contents.

8. AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION

By parking your vehicle in the Drayton Manor Car Park you consent to us capturing, using and processing your vehicle registration and personal details via CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for car park operation and enforcement purposes, to calculate the relevant parking tariff and to recover any outstanding Parking Charge. This includes our right to request and obtain the details of a vehicle’s registered keeper from the DVLA.

9. MOVING AND RELOCATION OF VEHICLES

9.1 We reserve the right to move any vehicle within Drayton Manor Car Park by driving or other means to such extent as we, our servants or agents at their discretion think necessary to avoid obstruction, for the more efficient arrangement of parking facilities and/or for health and safety reasons.

9.2 We reserve the right, where Drayton Manor Car Park has to be closed permanently, temporarily in whole or in part, evacuated or in cases of emergency, to remove any vehicle at such a time to any other reasonably convenient location.

9.3 To the extent that it may be necessary in relation to the above, we, our servants and/or agents shall have the right to drive or by other means take the vehicle on the public highway.

10. LIENS

10.1 We reserve the right to hold your vehicle until we have received payment for all parking charges due to us and we reserve the right to refuse any vehicle until those charges have been paid.

10.2 If you intend to leave your vehicle in the Car Park for more than 7 days we recommend that you notify us in writing of your intention to do so.

10.3 We reserve the right to sell any vehicle which we reasonably believe to have been abandoned and shall be entitled to regard as abandoned any vehicle which has been in the Car Park for more than 28 days without prior notification.

10.4 Before proceeding with the disposal of abandoned vehicles, we will make reasonable enquires with a view to identifying and contacting the registered owner of the vehicle in question and give 28 days’ notice of our intention to do so to the registered owner by prepaid post addressed to the registered owner’s last known address.

10.5 Abandoned vehicles will be sold by auction whenever practicable and the proceeds of the sale will be applied in and towards satisfaction of all sums owing to us together with the expenses of sale and in connection with such sale we shall be entitled to charge reasonable garage charges in respect of the period during which the vehicle is in our possession.

10.6 Any balance of these sales proceeds remaining after satisfaction of such sums shall be held by us on behalf of the registered owner of the vehicle and paid over on proof of entitlement.

11. TARIFFS

11.1 The applicable daily tariffs shall be displayed from time to time on the Tariff Board at the Drayton Manor entrance.

11.2 If you have a season ticket or pre-booking, car parking prices will be dealt with in the documentation provided to you.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

12.1 No vehicle shall be towed into the Drayton Manor Car Park and no work on or cleaning of vehicles by customers or their agents shall be done in the Drayton Manor Car Park.

12.2 No activity in connection with the selling, hiring or other disposal of the vehicle shall be carried out in Drayton Manor Car Park.

13. VARIATIONS OF THE CAR PARK TERMS OF USE

13.1 No person has authority to vary or alter these Car Park Terms of Use unless such variation is in writing signed by a duly authorised signatory of Drayton Manor Resort Limited.

  • Park entry not included.
  • The Wave – Only Platinum fast pass can be used on this ride.
  • The service does not guarantee access on the to the attraction instantly and delays may still be possible.
  • Each time the fast pass is used a member of the team will be required to tear a tab from your wristband.
  • The wristband will be refused usage if it is damaged, de faced or copied in any way. The wristband will also not be replaced if lost, stolen or misplaced.
  • A ride may become unavailable on the day of your visit.
  • Fast pass users must always follow the instructions and guidance of Drayton Manor personnel.
  • Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of use at anytime and reserves the right to refuse the services if misused.
  • Fast pass wristbands are non-refundable
  • Fast pass is not available on The Haunting and the Drayton Theatre.
  • Rainy Day return for visitors on 2nd & 4th November valid until 31st March 2024.
  • Rainy Day Guarantee only available during our main season (24th March – 31st October)
  • Only applies to tickets bought online in advance alongside the Rainy Day Guarantee.
  • Price is per person and per ticket
  • 4mm rainfall applies to rainfall onsite captured in our operational hours and will be monitored by Drayton Manor Resort
  • Drayton Manor Resort’s decision is final
  • We will not be able to honour Rainy Day Guarantees if the free return visit is not booked on the day of the original visit
  • Rainfall must occur between Park opening hours, as announced on the website
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee return visit must be used within 30 days of the original visit date
  • Return visits must be booked in advance
  • Full ride selection only available during main season, limited ride selection for events outside of this. Please check our calendar to see event dates.
  • Not valid for the free return offer, schools, groups, Tesco Clubcard and any other 3rd party partners.
  • Rainy Day Guarantee not valid as part of our Short Break packages.
  • Drayton Manor Resort may change the offer at any point
  • Terms and conditions of the Park, remain the same for the free return visit
  • Rainy Day Guarantee isn’t valid on your return visit.
  • Adult & toddler tickets return date is only valid for off peak days, mid-week (outside Staffordshire school holidays)
  • *Savings based on combined ‘on the gate’ full prices for Drayton Manor Resort and West Midlands Safari Park.
  • Combi tickets are valid for 1-day admission to Drayton Manor Resort, and 1-day admission at West Midlands Safari Park including ride wristbands.
  • Combi ticket available to purchase between 15th April – 26th May.
  • Combi ticket valid on visits to both parks until 30th June 2024.
  • Please check individual park opening dates before travelling.
  • Combi tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Children under the age of 3 are permitted entry free of charge at Drayton Manor with the purchase of a Combi Ticket.
  • Children under the age of 3 are permitted entry free of charge at West Midlands Safari Park.
  • If your child is under 3 and 0.8m - 1.0m tall a Little Penguin Wristband can be purchased on the day for £7.
  • Guests who require additional support in order to visit will need to apply online, at least 7 working days in advance of visits, with our partner Nimbus Disability. Applications are free, you will need to ensure you submit an application for each park. Or you can choose to pay £15 to upgrade to an Access Card which can be used at both parks as well as other venues. We regret that we are no longer able to accept any other documents on the day, all guests requiring a free essential companion ticket must apply through Nimbus.
  • Offer does not include a free return ticket to West Midlands Safari Park or Drayton Manor Resort.
  • Drayton Manor Resort’s ‘rainy day guarantee’ cannot be added to a combi ticket purchase.
  • Tesco clubcard vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
  • Combi tickets cannot be used with any other offer.
  • Rainy Day Return & Free Return offer not valid with Combi Tickets.
  • Please note, Drayton Manor Resort will appear on any bank statements or billing for your Combi Ticket purchase.

  • Partner codes are only valid against the on the gate price for Individual (4+ years old) tickets.
  • Please note that any unused points on your vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned at Drayton Manor Theme Park.
  • Please be aware that you receive no voucher points back for overpayment once you have purchased a Drayton Manor Ticket.
  • Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any Drayton Manor Resort offers.
  • Use of this ticket implies agreement with the terms and conditions posted at the entrance and in the park guide.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket and holder, and in the interest of the public for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to require guests to leave the park at any time.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. 2-3 years tickets will be an extra charge (see our prices page for more info) on the day and under 2’s go free. These tickets need to be collected and paid for at any ticket kiosk upon arrival.
  • Voucher code will be accepted printed in black & white, or in colour. Please ensure your voucher is printed clearly on white paper. Unfortunately, smudged or unclear codes are unable to be accepted.
  • Height, age and size restrictions apply on some rides. For paid-for attractions, an additional cost applies.
  • A Tesco Clubcard voucher is not a pre-booked ticket. Vouchers cannot be used in food outlets or shops. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase season passes.
  • All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard rewards scheme terms and conditions apply which can be found on Tesco’s website.
  • Vouchers are only for entrance and excludes car parking.

Two-day theme park entry 

  • Second day free is only valid from 24th March – 31st October 2024. This is subject to availability.
  • The tickets must be used on consecutive days of the overnight stay and cannot be moved to a future date.
  • If the theme park is closed on one day of your stay, the second day ticket is no longer applicable.
  • There will be no price reductions if the second day ticket is not claimed.

Exclusive Early Access 

  • 30 minutes VIP early access (10am – 10.30am) for selected rides in Thomas Land.

Buffet Breakfast

  • Breakfast is available from 7am – 10am every day.

Childrens Evening Entertainment & Character Breakfast

  • Children’s entertainment is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and on Friday and Saturday evenings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 6.30pm and 8.30pm in main season.
  • Character breakfast is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and on Saturday and Sunday mornings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will need to book breakfast around these times.
