Enjoy your favourite rides in Thomas Land (and a few bonus rides as a festive treat!), stroll through the zoo and, brand new for 2024: Festive Light Train, Rusty and Dusty’s Hot Chocolate Factory and Celebration Square - sparkling with a special Christmas glow and filled with festive treats, warming fire pits, live music and entertainment.
And of course, no visit would be complete without a meet and greet with Santa!

Enchanted Christmas Grotto
Children will be delighted with seasonal activities and surrounded by festive cheer in our spell-binding Enchanted Christmas Grotto. Watch their eyes light up as they meet Santa Claus himself to share their wishes for Christmas.

NEW: Accessible Christmas Grotto
Specially designed for children who may need a little more time and a calmer setting when they meet Santa, our accessible grotto can be reached via Thomas’s Festive Light Train or a short 5-minute walk through the zoo.
Please note, you may book your Santa slot as normal, to claim your Essential Companion Ticket, please present your Nimbus Access Card upon arrival.

Hop aboard and enjoy a magical Christmas tale with Sir Topham Hatt as you journey along our sparkling festive light trail towards Rusty and Dusty’s Hot Chocolate Factory. With festive installations lighting up the night sky, this festive train ride will bring an extra Christmas glow to your visit.
NEW: Rusty and Dusty’s Hot Chocolate Factory
Ever wondered how the perfect hot chocolate is made? Rusty and Dusty reveal their secrets in their cosy factory, a delicious end to the Festive Light Train.
Warm little hands on a cup of sweet cocoa while getting creative with marshmallows and treats!
Access to Rusty and Dusty’s Hot Chocolate Factory is included in your Enchanted Christmas Grotto booking.

Christmas Wonderland is free for all Platinum and Gold annual passholders to enter. You can add the Grotto upgrade for just £10 per person when you prebook your visit.
